Today in Eng 11 we read and then started the "Hunger Games" study guide, most students got about half way done, we will finish it next class.

SS11 - Today in SS class we finished Chapt 12 and then I gave evryone half an hour to study for the module one test that is happening on Thursday.

Friday is a pro D day, but I will be in the classroom after 10:30am if you need help catching up.

Today in Eng 11 we read and then completed our "Hunger Games" Human Rights assignment. As well, we did a good copy of our prompt formal paragraph assignment.

In SS11 we went over a current event (teachers and legislation) and then reviewed most of Chapt 12. We will finish Chpt 12 tomorrow and then start a review for the big module one test on Thursday.

Eng 11 - Today in Eng we read, completed 2 review worksheets on quotations and did a formal paragraph on a prompt (many prompt options, see me for options).
SS11 - Today in SS we completed Chapter 11, and started chapter 12. Please submit assignment and collect new chpt 12 ass on Thursday in class.

Thursday we are watching the "Colour Purple" in SS class, and discussing Human Rights, then on Friday Tom will be in to help you with your homework as I have surgery. I'll be back on Monday.

Eng 11 - Today in Eng we read, completed 2 review worksheets and did a tripod assignment.
SS11 - Today in SS we reviewed Chapter 11, almost done this chapter, and the ass is due on Thursday.

Eng 11 - Today in English we read our novels, reviewed punctuation and capital letters, then went into the lab and finished our business cards and descriptive journals.

SS11 - Today in SS we started chapter 11 and I handed out the chapter 11 textbooks and the assignment. The assignment is due in one week (Thursday Feb 23).

Eng 11 - Today in Eng we wrote a good copy of a descriptive essay and completed a business card for one of the characters in the novel "Hunger Games".

SS11 - Today in SS11 we finished chapter 9 lecture material. Thursday we will begin chpt 11 and I will hand out the assignment for chapt 11.

Eng 11 - Today in English we read our novels, then went through semicolons, colons, question marks, exclamation marks, and periods (worksheet and discussions). Tomorrow is a big day in the computer lab, make sure to come!

SS 11 - Today in SS we went through the majority of Chpt 9: House of Commons, Senate, tree, and many supportive videos. ***MAKE SURE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK!****

Friday I will not be here for homework day as it is a pro-d day.

Eng 11 - Today in Eng 11 we went over "Comma usage" and then wrote another descriptive journal. Once this was done we read chapters 5 and 6 from "The Hunger Game".

SS11 - Today I went through the first half of Chapt 9 in the textbook. Make sure to get the notes and assignments you miss.

THURSDAY - Thursday we leave at 9am for Isabelle Theatre to hear a cyber lecture (the do's and don'ts of online). It is from 9:30-11:30 at the theatre. Please be at the school by 9am.

Eng 11 - Today in Eng we read chapter 4 of "The Hunger Games" and completed a cartoon on our favourite event from that chapter.

SS11 - Today in SS11 we finished chapter 10 and started chapter 9 (lecture). As well, I collected the Chpt 10 assignment and gave out the Chpt 9 assignment.

Eng 11 - Today we completed a descriptive journal entry, read chpt 2-3 in "The Hunger Games" and then wrote a prediction paragraph.

SS11 - Today I went through Chpt 10 in the textbook, we are almost done, I will finish it up on Monday. As well, on Monday I'll collect your Chpt 10 assignments.
